Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether such data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding these rights to our Company in writing or through the methods stipulated under applicable legislation. Your applications will be concluded within thirty (30) days at the latest.
